Governor Jesse Ventura served as the 38th governor of Minnesota from January 4, , to January 6, , but he is more than a politician. Before entering the world of politics, he served his country as part of a U. Navy UDT team the forerunner of the SEALs , won fame as a professional wrestler, worked as a bodyguard for big-name rock and roll acts like the Rolling Stones, and had roles in major motion pictures, including "The Running Man" and "Predator.
He wrestled until , when blood clots in his lungs ended his in-ring career. Ventura ran for governor of Minnesota as the nominee for the Reform Party of Minnesota. His campaign consisted of a combination of aggressive grassroots events and original television spots using the phrase "Don't vote for politics as usual.
Deciding not to seek a second term in office, Ventura left the political arena, but continued to speak out about the issues he cares most about. He taught a study group at Harvard University as a visiting fellow at the Kennedy School of Government's Institute of Politics in which he focused on third party politics, campaign finance, the war on drugs, and other relevant political issues.

This is not conspiracy theory stuff. These are actual copies of government documents. If you don'y want your bubble burst, and you think everything is just peachy keen, avoid this book. As someone once pointed out, being a patriot does not mean you should not be skeptical of your government. Indeed, a true patriot insists on knowing what the people that are running the show are actually doing.
If you want to know, this is a good place to start. It's amazing the things that have happened in our country. Its all backed up by credible sources and real documents which makes this information even more chilling and scary. Misspelled words, strange marks where apostrophes should be, unreadable text because of so many botched words really distracts you from the info you're reading or it did me. So 2 stars for the editing which is how I came up with the 3 star rating. More Please but make sure you edit it first.
Jesse is a brave man, telling us Truths about our own government. He's one of many on my prayer list for safety, among many other Truth tellers and Whistle blowers. Wait till you read about Bay of Pigs, and details from several Presidents' administrations. Stunning material. I am very interested in this topic. And if I had a readable copy, I would give it a 4 or 5.
However the content of the Kindle version is very hard to read. Is it possible that the text was sent to my devise out of order? There were multiple segments ending in incomplete sentences that were haphazardly stuck back in out of sequence. This happened over and over. It read as though the editor was intent on making it nearly impossible to read. I purchased a hard copy in the hopes that the publisher got it right with ink on the page.
Moreover, I would be happy to buy another Kindle copy if the publisher will assure me that I can have a legitimate and coherent copy. I have seen Jessie Ventura on his now defunct TV show and thought this book would be interesting,but it is so VERY poorly edited as to be almost totally unreadable. What a shame. The format. I know some are complaining that it was just a brief paragraph or two before a supporting document.
But this book was nice for me in the fact that I am reading other books and it was nice to pick this one up and read a little bit, and then be able to put it back down and come back to it later since it was broken up into so many different chapters and topics. Some were "heh" But others were very interesting to read and see the actual document. With so many theories, stories and subjects offered here I can't imagine anyone liking absolutely every part of this book. Offical government documents to show every patriotic americans worst fears.

He describes the behavior of the paranoid schizophrenics who tend to gravitate towards jobs in the "security" services. They are not capable of living in harmony with their neighbors and frequently tend to gravitate to the exclusive club of "In people". This is fairly typical of introspective children who have a "Me or Them" attitude to their classmates.
Based on fear, they need constant reassurance that they are top dogs. Bullies become torturers. Such people are very useful in a world governed by ignorance and greed. The tragedy is that others who get caught up in the web, often for idealistic reasons, are trapped. Whistle blowing is a dangerous occupation; that fact does not say much for the rest of us. The American spellings are due to your word processor!
